사랑으로 선도하고 스스로 조심하라 Don’t be a judge but a friend.

“형제들아 사람이 만일 무슨 범죄한 일이 드러나거든 신령한 너희는 온유한 심령으로 그러한 자를 바로 잡고 너 자신을 살펴보아 너도 시험을 받을까 두려워하라” (개역개정 갈6:1)

=>잘못된 일을 행한 사람을 사랑으로 선도하고 자신도 그 잘못을 저지르지 않도록 경계하라.

=>=>우리는 흔히 잘못한 사람을 꾸짖고 비난하고 모욕하는 데에 머무른다. 기독교인의 사랑은 잘못을 바로잡되 온유함으로 해야 한다는 것이다. 또한 인간으로서 자신의 연약함을 항상 기억하여 무슨 일에든 장담하지 말고 겸손하여야 한다.

“Dear bothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself.”(NLT Gal.6:1)

=>Conduct a person who is in sin to the godly life and beware that you might take the same mistake.

=>=>Usually we only blame and insult those who have sinned. However, Christian love commands us to lead them gently not harshly. Besides, as human beings, we have to have in mind that we are vulnerable and so we should be humble without affirming our goodness on any matters.
